License terms

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of scripts by Premont Studio, Alexander Steiner ("we"). You conclude the purchase contract with Tebex Limited under the Tebex terms. The version of these license terms in force at the time of your purchase applies.

2. License

(1) With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual right to use the script on FiveM servers that you operate or help administer and that use a server key of your Cfx.re account. This includes delivery to the players of these servers and running servers that generate revenue within the rules of Cfx.re.

(2) The license applies to the Cfx.re account the script was delivered to or transferred to under section 5.

(3) The license also covers updates you receive.

3. Asset Escrow and modifications

The scripts are protected by Cfx.re Asset Escrow. You may change the open files (e.g. configuration and translations) for your servers. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular under §§ 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act (UrhG), remain unaffected.

4. Not permitted

Unless permitted by law, you may not:

  • share, publish or sell script files, in whole or in part, to third parties, except under section 2 (1) and section 5;
  • remove or bypass Asset Escrow or other protection measures, or decompile or reverse engineer the script;
  • use the script to train AI systems.

5. Transfer

Your license can only be transferred in full and only if Cfx.re technically supports it; after that you may no longer use the script.

6. Third-party components

Scripts may require third-party resources (e.g. frameworks or libraries). Their own licenses apply.

7. Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

(2) For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely.

(3) This also applies to our agents. Other mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you have your habitual residence.
